Pack for e-book reader

Processed images can be used to create file for e-book reader. This example bases on Kindle reader with MOBI format extension for comics. For creating MOBI file one can use Kindle Comic Converter. Using EPUB files was not tested.

KCC needs KindleGen for creating MOBI. User should choose "PNG output" option and set Gamma to 2.0. Any other options are not needed because images are already prepared.

To get the final result,  metadata can be set with Calibre.
