Just went home for my lunch as I forgot to bring it in with me today. Was munching on some Christmas cake that my parents gave me. My Grandma makes them every year and my parents never eat it, so they gave it to me. Anyway, there I was *much*munch*munch*crunch*. *Crunch*? Carefuly chew some more *munch*grind*crunch*. Hmmm, not good. Much poking around in the gooey contents of my mouth revealed a very small hard round object, which I rinsed under the tap and examined. It was a piece of grit. A piece of grit in my Christmas cake.
