Michael Moore has mobilised 1200 amateur film-makers in Florida in case of an attempted repeat of the 2000 elections, and thousands of voluntary lawyers (hey waddaya know, they're not all cunts after-all!) are flying to Florida to act as "Poll Watchers" and provide free legal aid to anyone refused the right to vote.

Today I watched the first two parts of "The Power of Nightmares" which, if you haven't seen it, is a very well balanced documentary regarding the roots and origins of Terrorism. It explores whether the "terror network" that is talked about so much really does exist, and makes various points about how the terrorist groups came to exist. Seems America have been suspiciously close to almost all of them. It's well worth watching.
