Burt has made a good point. The University have been with-holding a major service - in fact, probably their main service - of releasing exam results. So why the hell are they so actively reclaiming debts?

And just for the record, the Uni can cut this account off but that won't silence me. I have a right to freedom of speech and I damn well intend on exercising that right, no matter how much the Uni dislike it. I'm not allowed to portray the University in a bad way, but surely if the University goes to such lengths to make themselves look bad and I merely report on it then that is the University's problem - not mine?
