Privacy Policy (SunnyABC App)

This privacy policy applies to the SunnyABC mobile application developed and published by SunLetter Oy on Google Play and other platforms.

This page describes app-specific privacy practices and does not define general company website terms.

1. Data Collection

All learning progress data is stored locally on the user's device and is never transmitted to external servers. We do not create user accounts, and we do not collect, share, or sell any personal or sensitive user data.

For users aged 13 and older, we collect anonymous usage analytics and crash reports through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to help improve the SunnyABC app. This data is aggregated and anonymized, containing no personally identifiable information.

2. Third-Party Services

The SunnyABC app uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (only for users aged 13 and older) to collect anonymous usage data and crash reports. These services are provided by Google and help us understand how the SunnyABC app is used and identify issues to improve the user experience.

The SunnyABC app does not use advertising networks or any other third-party SDKs that would collect user data.

3. User Rights

Users under 13 have no data collected about them.

For users aged 13 and older, you have the right to:

• Access information about what anonymous data is collected
• Request deletion of any analytics data associated with your device
• Opt out of analytics collection at any time

The SunnyABC app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, or suitability for any specific purpose.

The SunnyABC app is not intended for mission-critical, safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, or emergency use. Do not rely on it where failure could cause harm, loss, legal issues, or compliance issues.

You are solely responsible for how you use the SunnyABC app and for any consequences of outages, errors, delays, or inaccurate results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SunLetter Oy is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the SunnyABC app.
