These Terms apply specifically to the SunnyABC mobile app published by SunLetter Oy. They are app-specific Terms and not general terms for all SunLetter websites or services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.
The App is intended for educational and informational use. You are responsible for using the App in a lawful and appropriate manner and for supervising minors as needed.
The App is not intended for mission-critical, safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, or emergency use. Do not rely on it where failure could cause harm, loss, legal issues, or compliance issues.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company and its representatives are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, business, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to use of the App.
Company handles data related to the App as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Company may also update these Terms. Updated Terms become effective when published on this page and may be made without prior individual notice, unless notice is required by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
