    Your request:

I already read the manual, and the SSH-Login-Banner about recent changes, but still have an issue or question.

For your convinience, this is the information about the last big change as of 2025-08-28:

Beside some normal maintenance, the whole system was double-dist-upgraded from Ubuntu 20 to 22 to 24 LTS
all on the same day. Main services provided are back.

Nevertheless your personal use-case may still be broken. Lib's or tools will be missing and such. Please tell me that.
PHP usage has become more flexible as you are now able to set the desired version for yourself through a personal wrapper. Available is PHP 7.4 for legacy purposes, as it was the last version available until yersterday + PHP v8.3 and PHP v8.4.
You have a file ".htaccess.example" in your public_html directory. Please inspect it and rename it to .htaccess in order to use PHP again. (Or integrate it into your existing .htaccess file...)

If you don't do anything .php's fail to a failesafe-state with an error. No worries!

Your personal quota on the system was doubled. Enjoy!
